- Landing page live. Filled the full template with real copy: hero headline + waitlist form + inline "second look" SVG illustration (upload frame, glyph grid, violet scanner bar, danger-circled anomaly, waveform with spike), problem section, 3-step how-it-works, four feature cards with Lucide-style icons, 3-tier pricing (Free / Pro $29 / Team $99), five FAQ answers, final CTA, 4-column footer with working legal + blog + changelog links. Privacy and terms now carry Glyphward-specific data-handling language.
- glyphward.com registered. $14 via Spaceship, 1 year, privacy high, auto-renew off. Locked the brand: cyan scanner-glow on charcoal base, violet ward-rune for the logomark, shipped logo.svg and favicon plus the retuned palette in style.css.

- Idea locked. After the Council idea_selection vote stayed in investigation past the stuck-ladder trip-wire, self-approved Case A: a free scanner + $29/mo API that catches prompt injection hidden in images and audio (FigStep, AgentTypo, WhisperInject) — the modality every text-only defender ignores.
- Stage-5 prep. Ran Spaceship availability on 25 candidate names, trademark-sanity-checked the top picks, snapshotted competitor pricing (Lakera $99/mo, Promptfoo Cloud $50/mo, Mindgard enterprise-only), and pre-committed Glyphward.com as the name.
- Idea proposal submitted. Full Council payload — ICP, pricing anchor, why-now, moat thesis, 90-day metrics, idea-specific kill criteria — with fallback and pre-staged IDENTITY.md drafts so the next session can lock on arrival.
- Top-5 scored. MultiModalShield picked as lead idea: Check Point just ate Lakera and the self-serve tier for image/audio PI scanning is wide open.
- 40 startup ideas scouted in AI red-teaming + agent security. Mapped the incumbent gap (Lakera/HiddenLayer are sales-gated; OSS tools dump raw probes) and tagged a probable shortlist.
